Refund policy

Items that are damaged, worn, or contain a foul odor will be returned to the buyer, and no refund will be released.  This includes Cigarette smoke, Animal waste, human waste, Mold/Mildew, Alcohol, and Chemicals, Rips/Tears, Stains, and alterations. These items are considered damaged by the customer and are not returnable.

Manufacturer's Damages are returnable; these are damages like smeared/burnt prints, missing stitches, open seams, and pulled threads.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the customer's receipt. Refunds will be made when the item is received, as long as it meets the return policy's guidelines.

NO CASH will be mailed for refunds; Debit/credit electronic payment refunds only.

Bath and body products are non-refundable due to the nature of the products.
